Well-child visits are recommended regularly from infancy through adolescence. The schedule typically follows: newborn, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 2 years, and then annually.
What should I bring to my child’s well-child visit?
Please bring your child’s vaccination records, a list of any medications they are taking, and any questions or concerns you may have.
What vaccinations will my child receive during a well-child visit?
