Please bring your child’s vaccination records, a list of any medications they are taking, and any questions or concerns you may have.
Vaccinations are given based on your child’s age and the CDC-recommended schedule. We will review what’s needed at each visit.
If your child has a mild illness, such as a runny nose, the visit can still proceed. However, if they have a fever or contagious illness, we may need to reschedule.
Most well-child visits last between 20 to 40 minutes, depending on your child’s needs and any concerns you’d like to discuss.
We strive for continuity of care, so we do our best to schedule your child with the same provider for each visit whenever possible.
Well-child visits are the perfect time to discuss any concerns about growth, behavior, or milestones. We can provide screenings, guidance, and referrals if needed.
Most insurance plans cover well-child visits as part of preventive care. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm coverage.
